Unlock Refund Organization was founded by Jennifer and Celeste, two professionals with decades of combined experience in legal operations, compliance, and financial reporting.
But honestly, the credentials aren't what drives us. We started this company because we believe that losing a home shouldn't mean losing everything. Life happens — bills pile up, circumstances change — and the idea that someone could lose a property over an unpaid tax bill and then never know there was money left over that belonged to them? That just didn't sit right with us. If we can help even one family get back on their feet, put a little breathing room back in their lives, and start rebuilding — that's exactly the work we want to be doing. Every single case we take on matters to us, because behind every case is a real person going through a real hard time. We don't take that lightly.
